VITAMIN C

The plants used to produce C-olway supplement are sourced for their highest level of biologically active vitamin C and its bio-availability:

BUCKWHEAT (Fagopyrum esculentum Moench)
Buckwheat has been used in Eastern Medicine for thousands of years to combat high blood pressure, poor circulation, allergies, varicose veins, frostbite, capillary dysfunction and many other ailments. Buckweat has also been used to combat the symptoms of premature ageing. It is rich in bioflavonoids, enzymes and other substances recognized for their pro-health effects. Buckwheat seeds are a source of rutin, quercetin, hesperidin, hiperozyd, angiotensin and lipase inhibitors. They contain vitamins B1, B2, P and PP, 12-15% of protein and eight of the precious amino acids, such as lysine (5-7%), lecithin, coenzyme Q10, lipids, minerals (iron, phosphorus and copper, nickel, cobalt, boron, zinc, calcium, magnesium, manganese, selenium and iodine), organic acids: gallic, caffeic, chlorogenic and protocatechuic. From sprouted buckwheat grains a highly bioactive vitamin C can be extracted (very absorbable by human body). Mature grains do not practically contain any vitamin C. Germinated seed extract can contain up to 26% of vitamin C which is in the most purposeful form for the human body. Freeze-dried extracts of green buckwheat are highly valued food supplements because they also contain a huge amount of flavonoids (up to 46,000 ppm).

BITTER ORANGE (Citrus aurantium L)
Bitter orange is a great source of left-handed vitamin C. Standarised extract of bitter orange can contain up to 42% of vitamin C. Compared to other oranges, bitter oranges are also richer in polyphenols, anthocyanins and other powerful antioxidants, for example bioflavonoids (hesperidin and narirutina, thiamine); plant acids such as folic hydroxycinnamic acid, caffeic, coumaric, sinapic, ferulicl; and beta-carotene, provitamins, vitamin Bn, B2, B6;  minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, sodium, potassium and selenium. Bitter Orange is primarily known for its active ingredient synephrine. Synephrine stimulates lipolysis (breakdown of fat) and is used as appetite suppressant. Hence it is often used in obesity combating supplements.

1 capsule per day. This must be taken furthest away in time from a meal which contains vitamin C. The dosage can be divided by opening the capsule and adding its content to the food during the day. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Increased daily intake requires consultation with a doctor. The product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
